    Some questions:

    a) What support are you getting from database vendors and what support level do you want/expect?

    b) Integration Leader/Master ERP or CRM - who yields for who and why?

    c) How do you convince an established business to ‘give up’ and go “free”?

    d) Does someone have a ‘Master Plan’ on running a complete integrated ‘automagical’ business solution, aka ‘Business-in-a-Box’ (Dashboard,Groupware,ERP,BI,CRM,VoIP,Email,e-commerce,Reports,Payroll,Address Book, Wiki,Single Login’s,Tax,Barcodes,Employee TimeSheets/Cards,Video Security,Shipping,Sync,IssueTracking,contracts,reminders etc)
    If, so what is your vision and how would it be implemented and when?

    e) How is your product/solution combating ‘Ease-of-use’ from the User and the Business’ Management’s Points-of-View?

    f) How are you improving your communications with clients and new visitors?

    g) Why does your product/solution fail to have an ‘AutoSave’ feature - User doesn’t have to keep saving/power outage (so 80s) ?

    h) How are you improving the skill level/effectiveness of Business’ staff using your product/solution?

    i) How are you ’selling’ your product/solution over your rivals?

    The sole purpose of the ERP & CRM is to eliminate the mundane part of business and let Business’ solve Customers needs.
